Weather permitting the pictures will be taken outdoors next to the baseball field. If the weather doesn’t allow for that, pictures will be taken in the gymnasium.
It is IMPERATIVE that you make sure that your entire team is at the school 10 minutes prior to the schedule time. This will give the photographer sufficient time to collect money from each player and enable him to keep a schedule. The photographer is on a schedule and CAN NOT DEVIATE. Any player not at the school at the team’s assigned time will not be able to participate in a team photo.
